Challenge:
- Incentivize Pepsi Max, Mountain Dew and AMP energy drink consumers to trade up to larger packages
- Create 500,000 collectible, racing-themed magnets with core consumer appeal
- Feature premiums inside 24-count soda cases and large AMP energy cases available at retail
Solution:
- Insight’s ‘solutioneering’ team utilized Insight’s pre-application capabilities to feature magnets inside cartons
- Magnets were immediately visible to consumers through clear window
- Flat cartons were distributed to bottlers as usual

- Activate sponsorship of Nickelodeon’s Kids Choice Awards with an all-ages safe in-pack offer for kids
- Design, supply, and insert premiums into retail packages on-the-line, at production speeds

- Insight created kids temporary tattoos that triggered an augmented reality experience using mobile devices
- Insight deployed automated inserters and technicians to Kraft’s plant to insert into Capri Sun 10-count packs

Sampling


Challenge:
- Build trial for Bounce product extension Bounce Bursts In-Wash Scent Booster
- Avoid on-shelf pilferage inherent with on-pack sampling
- Incentivize multiple purchases and adoption
- No physical change to carton, master cases
Solution:
- Surprise and delight Bounce Dryer Sheet consumers with free in-pack sample of line extension
- Bursts sample was auto-inserted on-the-line to the top of the packs so consumers see it first upon opening
- Consumers received $1.00 OFF coupon with sample, providing measurable redemptions and trial
- Brand enjoyed 2x expected ROI, without using costly shopper marketing/sales support representatives
